What＇s more, I think friends are an important part of one's health. Many studies show that people with a wide range of social contacts get sick less than those who don't. I always feel better when I am with friends than when I am alone. By eating properly and exercising regularly, I can keep my body at a proper weight and keep healthy. By spending time with my friends, I can keep my mind as well as my body happy. These things sound easy to do, but not many people can manage them. I think a strong will is necessary if we want to keep healthy. 二.我想要的生活 I like to read travel books so much. I can see the world from these books and they will broaden my vision. I am so attracted by the variety of the world. The amazing nature leaves human being some magical sites, so I have made up my mind that someday I must take a visit to these beautiful scenery. This is the life I want. I must study hard to realize it. As the saying that no pain, no gain, I totally understand the price I need to take. Many parents start to teach their children to read at an early age, hoping their children can fall in love with reading. But most children don't know how to read. Secondly, when they have finish reading books, they need to think about the characters and what the books try to impress them. They'd better search the comments on the Internet, so as to better understand the theme. 四.最好的礼物 Today was my father’s birthday. Early in the morning, he went out to work as usually. But I felt nervous and I wanted to give him a surprise. I asked my mother to teach me to cook, so I could make the dinner for my father. After class, I rushed home and my mother had prepared the stuff for me. I washed them first and then did as my mother told me. She always wanted to cook and I refused because I needed to make sure I could finish it by myself. It was really hard to cook, but I insisted and finally made it. There is one in my mind. Maybe I cannot say that she is my idol, but she is truly the person has influenced me the most. She is my mother. When I was very small, she always telling me that I need to study hard to get more chances to be educated, though I was a girl. It was her that I earned the chance to go to school. She liked reading, and sometimes she would give some books for me to read. Now, reading is one of my hobbies. She always respected my grandma, and took care of her carefully once she was sick. I love her. 七.传统文化 Today, as the development of technology, people work with efficiency and some of the traditional hand-made work have been abandoned. While for the young generation, most of them have no idea how this art is made, they only know it from the news and some pictures. The traditional culture is forgetting and we have duty to keep it as part of the national treasure. Though technology facilitates our life, we can’t abandon our culture. More activities should be held to let people know more about our culture. 八.感恩老师 Since I went to school, I spent a lot of time in study. My classmates and teachers are just like my families. We almost meet each other every day. My teachers help me a lot. When I meet problems in study, they are very patient and help me to figure out the answers. When I have trouble in getting along with other students, they will talk to me and comfort me. I am so thankful to them, because they care about me just like my parents. I respect them so much. In my heart, they are the great people. I must study hard so that I can return their love. 九.低碳生活 Nowadays, environmental pollution is very common. Resource waste is also seen everywhere.In order to protect the environment, to protect our earth, we need to live a low-carbon life. I usually go to school on foot, sometimes by bike. If I need to go to the othercity, I will choose the public transportation and not ask my parents drive me there. If I am the last one to leave classroom or home, I will make sure all the lights are off. I always will save the water after washing clothes. And then use it to wash the toilet. Our earth is in our own hands. 十.奋斗 The time of middle school is short and precious, but for some students, they sit in the class and don't show any passion to learn knowledge. They like to do something that is against what teachers tell them to do.
