一， 被动语态的形式及举例 (1) 一般现在时：am/is/are done The Great Wall is known all over the world. 长城被全世界所熟知。 (2) 一般过去时: was/were done The city was liberated in 1948. 这座城市1948年被解放。 (3) 一般将来时: will be done The matter will be disscussed tomorrow. 这件事明天再被讨论。 (4) 现在进行时: am/is/are being done The question is being discussed at present. 这个问题现在正在被讨论。 (5) 过去进行时: was/were being done The boy was being operated on when his parents hurried to the hospital. 当他的父母匆忙赶到医院时，这个男孩正在被手术。 (6) 现在完成时: has/have been done The bridge has been built this month. 这座桥这个月被建成。 (7) 过去完成时: had been done The tickets had been sold out before I came to the cinema. 在我到电影院之前票就被卖光了。 (8) 过去将来时: would be done He said the book would be returned as soon as he finished it. 他说只要他一完成就马上还书。 二， 某些情况主动表被动意义 (1) 连系动词feel, smell, taste, sound, look等 Cotton feels soft. 棉花摸起来很柔软。 The method proved (to be) effective. 这方法证明是有效的。 (2) 不及物动词或短语happen, occur, take place, belong to, break out, last，give out, costhttp://teacheray.com等 What has happened to him? 他发生了什么事?
